Women in Title Launches Bubble Ambassador Program for Men
Women in Title is proud to announce the expansion of our signature Bubble Ambassador Program and for the first time, men are joining the movement!
The Bubble Ambassador initiative was created to foster safe, supportive spaces in our industry. Ambassadors are trained to recognize, respond to, and prevent misconduct while modeling accountability and respect. By welcoming men into this program, WiT takes another step toward building an environment where everyone is empowered to stand up for one another.
This month, we held our first official training session for male Bubble Ambassadors—and the response was inspiring. Six men successfully completed certification, making them the first cohort of male Bubble Ambassadors in WiT history. Their participation signals a shared commitment to shaping a healthier, more inclusive title industry.
“When men step forward as allies, it sends a powerful message: safe and respectful workplaces benefit everyone. These six leaders have set the tone for what’s possible when we work together,” said WiT leadership.
As Bubble Ambassadors, these men join a growing network of professionals across the country who are putting our values of Advocacy, Collaboration, and Empowerment into practice every day.
This milestone is only the beginning. With each new training, more voices will be added to the chorus calling for a stronger, safer, and more supportive industry culture.
